Work Description: CoreOptics is looking for a Quality Manager for our location in Nuremberg. The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring to meet recognized standards regarding the quality of their products or services. The position includes:
- maintaining and improving CoreOptics quality management system - planning and conducting internal audits and coordinating external quality audits - coordinating systems to monitor client satisfaction levels - communicating the objectives of quality programmes to staff and training them in methods and procedures - introducing initiatives such as TQM (Total Quality Management) to help change attitudes and behavior in order to improve quality or productivity - performing failure analysis and product qualification - defining quality agreements with suppliers and customers
Qualifications: - be good communicators with people at all levels of the organization - be persuasive and influential - adopt a methodical approach, paying attention to detail - possess analytical and problem-solving skills - be proficient with the key technologies for optical components, integrated circuits and assembly - be familiar with a range of quality standards and models
